        Hey man, let's all line up at the gas station pump while our
 neighbors are stuck under a pile of wreckage waiting to be pieced back
 together and identified.

        Why not race to Walmart to buy a shirt that says USA on it since you
 never liked those 3 colors any time before.

        Donate some blood since you're still alive.

        Donate some money to keep the country running.

        One might want to call up family they haven't spoken to for years.

        Others will enlist in the army because they want to die a proud man
 but yet they're so afraid to think their life could actually end.

        Someone might buy an airplane ticket just to show they're not scared.

        Businesses will show signs saying they love America to attract more
 people in during a time of mourning.

        Our country will be hypocritical and fight back, only this time the
 victims won't care.

        We will become more racist than before.  First it was the African
 Americans, then the Hispanics.  Now we have a new race to pick on and call
 names for the following years.

        September 11th, 2002, America will probably forget.  We'll be flying
 in airplanes, visiting New York, wearing everything but red white and blue,
 and working in our federal buildings.

        A few will vaguely remember what happened that day and say "hey
 remember one year ago today?  I hope it doesnt happen again."  And that will
 be that.

        But how many will be visiting a cemetary because they still remember?
 How many will be visiting an empty casket because the remains of those they
 lost weren't recovered?
